1. Overview and Account Terms
Welcome to LeuBooks. The platform provides software tools for CPA firm groups, bookkeeping coordinators, and end clients. By accessing or building client portal dashboards, you acknowledge compliance with our standard platform security policies, state bookkeeping standards, and SOC-2 data directives.
2. Customer Data and Client Scoping
LeuBooks uses strict multi-tenant scoping. A CPA firm user is strictly scoped to the clients mapped in their company database group. Platform engineers cannot read transaction description lines without explicit user support tokens.
3. Plaid API and Bank Connection Security
All bank sync connections are scoped using Plaid's verified API endpoints. We do not store direct routing codes or password combinations in our transactional databases. Data feeds are encrypted via AES-256 both in transit and at rest.
